365 days have passed. How fast, right? And here we are one more year with a summary of how 2016 went as far as travel is concerned. Last year on these same dates he wrote the summary bedridden and with a leg in a cast. Do you remember that I broke the fibula in the travel through Argentina? This fact has conditioned our traveling year, which has stood out for having few short trips, but several great trips. We begin the summary of the year!

This is how I finished the trip through Argentina and the year 2015: /

The first quarter of the year I was on leave until the beginning of March and then I was going to rehab every day until the end of June. There were only three small escapes that took me out of the "work-physiotherapy" routine. The first was at the end of March, when we took advantage of Easter holidays to spend four days in Iceland. The original idea was to go to Iceland for 9 days, but having returned from the casualty only a couple of weeks before was not a plan to ask for vacations. So we take advantage of tackle and we modified the outbound flight (because we had bought the flight to Iceland just before going to Argentina, what an eye!). Thus, we take advantage only of Easter holidays. And I don't complain, because he physio He didn't give me permission to travel until two days before. With one leg in the process of recovery, any new setbacks could be fatal.

However, everything went like silk and Iceland It was a destination that surprised me very pleasantly. In fact, I loved it! The combination of extreme nature and hot springs was what I liked the most. Even so, unfortunately there were many parts of the country that we could not visit due to lack of days. Next time we hope to travel with enough time to be able to go around the whole island.

In Iceland (Reynisfjara) on two legs but watching the steps ...

The next getaway was in May, where we attended the TBM in Andorra. They were a few days of very interesting talks and we were able to meet with our good friends Adela and Raúl, Jose Carlos and Carmen Laura and Helena. In addition to agree again with Anna and David and Neus. As if that were not enough, I participated for the first time in the traveling conversation, which was a challenge, and we were able to enjoy activities in Andorra such as a theatrical visit to Andorra la Vella, a dinner in Vall Nord or a quad bike route in Sant Julià de Lòria.

Reunion of traveling friends (I love José Carlos XD's mask). Photo of wandering the planet.

This year we had a close contact living in Antwerp, so we took advantage of the June bridge to visit it. As we had been in Flanders, we took the opportunity to escape to Holland and visit the Keukenhof garden which was open on those dates and where millions of tulips are planted. It was an amazing show. In the afternoon we visit Amsterdam. It was my first time in the city and the truth is that I was a little disappointed. I know that with just a few hours one cannot make a fair assessment, but personally I did not like it. Too many people everywhere. Maybe I'll have to give it another chance ... By the way, on that getaway we also visited Lier, a beautiful population of Flanders We liked it a lot. Although I haven't written about it yet, I hope to have time and desire in the future.

Love is in the air ... tarariro will tare ...

And we arrive in July… with the high of the physio under our arm we went on a boat from Balearia to Ibiza to participate in the instagramers event #Ibizaconbalearia. It was the first time we went to the island and participated in an event of this nature. Although it was a very fleeting visit, only 24 hours, we were able to discover beautiful corners of Ibiza such as the historic center Dalt Vila, Ses Salines and see a spectacular sunset in Sant Antoni. Will we repeat? Surely 😀
